WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

How do you get my consent?

SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted securely.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Returns &amp; Refunds Policy:
We do no offer refunds, returns or exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged.
IPL hair removal product will differ from individual to individual and will be different depending on the skin tone, hair colour, hair growth cycles, the quantity of times it is being used and the way your body responds to IPL. Go Bare does not guarantee the results of the IPL hair removal product and therefore are not able to refund any purchases unless the product is faulty.
Go Bare has a 12-month period warranty for faulty products.
If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:

<li>Email hello@gobare.com.au, attach clear images and/or a video of the defect with a sentence about the defect.</li>
<li>Once approved, send back your product as directed with all of its inclusions, in its original packaging to the address given in our response.</li>
<li>A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one.</li>

You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
